ADHD Group
Third Saturday of every month 2.00pm - 4.00pm
A group meet monthly here, offering peer support for adults impacted by ADHD

Creative Writing for Wellbeing and Enjoyment
Saturdays 27 June and 25 July, 2.00pm - 4.30pm
In addition to being a local author, Louise Green is qualified and experienced in offering creative writing workshops for therapeutic purposes, and uses poetry and creative writing as a gentle means of self exploration and expression. Her groups are collaborative and fun.
